| Are all courses approved by the Ontario Ministry of Education? |
| | FutureSkills offers courses that are fully approved and accredited by the Ontario Ministry of Education. They are accepted at any secondary or post seceondary institution worldwide. All credits are valid.

| What kind of programs do you offer? |
| | We offer a wide range of credit courses for secondary students at the grade 9, 10, 11 and 12 levels. The full course list can be found on:

| How many times a week do students have to attend classes? |
| | FutureSkills offers a variety of options to accommodate the needs of our students. Our day and night school classes run two to three times a week, while part time options are also available. For students who are willing to fast track or upgrade their marks, our summer school option, which allows students to earn up to four credits in two months, is one they will find most beneficial (For our summer school program, students must attend class 6 times a week from Monday to Saturday). We also offer one on one tutoring if extra help is needed. |

| Who is eligible to register at FutureSkills? |
| | We accept full-time students enrolled in public high schools, part-time students enrolled in private or night schools, as well as mature students and international students.

| What is the cost? |
| | The fee for each course is $750. However, we offer a $50 discount for each additional course taken. More detailed information can be found on our admissions page. http://www.futureskills.ca/admissions.htm

| What are the payment options? |
| | Upon registration, we require a minimum deposit of $200.00 per course. The full tuition fee must be paid before the end of the semester. Payments can be made at the office by cash, credit, debit or cheque. A 5% discount is given when tuition fees are paid in full by cash |

| Do students have to provide their own textbooks? |
| | Students are not required to provide their own textbooks since our main office rents them out to students at the beginning of each semester. Students are required to pay $130 deposit per textbook, of which $30 is a non-refundable rental fee. Once the textbook is returned in good condition, the student will receive the $100 security deposit back at the end of the semester. |

| When do students receive their report cards? |
| | Report cards are available for pickup at the main office 1 – 2 weeks after final exams. Students must clear their account balance, provide the office with an original copy of their OST and return all rented textbooks in order to receive a report card. *Students enrolled in day schools must take their report card to their guidance counselor in order to have the credit(s) updated on their official transcript. We provide transcripts only to full-time students who have transferred their OSR file to FutureSkills. If a day school requests a transcript, please notify our guidance counselor, Nana Hoshino. |

| How are mid-term and final grades sent to OUAC and OCAS? |
| | Students must first provide us with their OUAC or OCAS reference number and then inform our guidance counselor, Nana Hoshino, to send their mid-term and final grades to OUAC and/or OCAS. Student accounts must be cleared before we can send final marks.

| If students choose to drop a course are they entitled to a refund? |
| | If students wish to drop a course, they must inform the office immediately after the first class. We retain the $100 administration fee per course and refund the remainder of the student’s initial payment. Students who do not inform the office will not receive a refund. |

| What is the FutureSkills student attendance policy? |
| | The main office will inform the parents/guardians of minors when the student has missed 3 or more consecutive classes. Students who miss tests and exams must bring a signed doctor’s note or legal documentation clearly explaining the reason for their absence. |

| | We are conveniently located at the North East corner of Yonge street and Finch Avenue, adjacent to the Finch subway station (TTC). Our students have the choice of easily commuting to the school via TTC, YRT, Viva and GO. The following link shows our location on the Google Map:
